Regina Marie VanCour, age 68, of 81 Bloomingdale, Ave. died Sunday, April 15, 2012 at home.
Born in Trenton, New Jersey on July 11, 1943, she was the daughter of Daniel and Anna (Svacak) Pinto.
Regina was a long time resident of Saranac Lake and worked for the American Management Association from 1979 until her retirement in 2003. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed bowling, reading, spending time with her grandchildren and travelling.
She is survived by two daughters Gina Moody and Veronica Ellithorpe both of Saranac Lake, one son Monroe Moody of Saranac Lake, seven grandchildren Amanda Keefe, Cole Moody, Brandi Moody, Makenzie Moody, Sierra Moody, Anna Ellithorpe, and Adam Ellithorpe and one great grandson Jackson Moody. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 PM on Friday April 20, 2012 at St. Bernard’s Church in Saranac Lake with Rev. Mark Reilly with officiating.
