Wesley H. Strack, age 72, of 155 Broadway, Saranac Lake, died Thursday, June 02, 2016 at UVM Medical Center.
Born in Saranac Lake, New York on August 12, 1943, he was the son of James and Helen (Minney) Strack.
Wesley worked as a master mechanic for various automobile dealerships across the country.
He is survived three sons James D. Strack of Bloomingdale, Brent H. Strack of Tupper Lake and Wesley R. Strack of Saranac Lake, and one daughter Marie V. Simonds of Carbondale, CO, two sister Mya L. Duprey of Lake Clear, NY and Dawn A. Boula of Bloomingdale, NY, three brothers Gerald J Strack of Lake Clear, NY, Edward L. Strack of Phoenix, AZ and Eugene D. Strack of Saranac Lake, 9 Grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, three brothers George, Richard and Thomas Strack.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. There will be a graveside memorial service at the Lake Clear cemetery at 11:00 AM on Saturday June 11, 2016 at St. John’s Cemetery in Lake Clear. A pot luck (bring a dish) celebration of life will take place following the service at the Vets Club in Saranac Lake.
