Patricia Oddy

Patricia D. Oddy, age 83, of 62 Labrador Lane, Saranac Lake, died Wednesday, May 07, 2014 at the Adirondack Medical Center.

Born in Saranac Lake, New York on June 18, 1930, she was the daughter of Walter Hugh and Margaret (Burke) Duffy. She married Nathaniel Oddy on July 5, 1952 in Saranac Lake, NY.

She is survived by her husband Nathaniel of Saranac Lake, 4 sons Thomas Oddy and his wife Meg of Williston, VT, Patrick Oddy and his wife Debbe of Danville, NH, Kevin Oddy and Jennifer Goodman of Saranac Lake, Dennis Oddy and his wife Christy of Highlands Ranch, CO, two daughters Margaret Cantwell and her husband Barry of Saranac Lake and Mary Diefenbacher and her husband Donn of Marcy, NY, 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother Walter Duffy of Saranac Lake, one sister Margaret Salamy of Tupper Lake and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son Michael James Oddy, one granddaughter Natalie Oddy, one grandson Nathan Oddy, and one sister Mary Baker.

Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Friday, May 9, 2014 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 1:30 PM on Saturday May 10, 2014 at St. Bernard's Church, with Rev. Mark Reilly officiating. Burial will follow at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Saranac Lake.
