Jeffery Allan Hurteau, 39, died unexpectedly on April 22, 2010. Jeff was a loving and devoted
father and husband. Born November 20, 1970 at Clark airforce base in the Philippines, he was the son of Wayne
S.Hurteau and Avelina Alforque. Jeff was a priveleged military son who traveled the world at a young age discovering music (his
passion) and developing his carpentry skills. Jeff returned to Tupper Lake a single father to provide a better quality
of life to his two sons in 1997. Being aware of his childrens needs, he gave up a career in music, always putting
them first. Jeff was a man with hard work ethics, morals,and values who believed strongly in family.
Survived by his sons, Jeffery K. Hurteau, Allen M. Hurteau, two daughters, Seybree and Alora, his wife Regina Hurteau,
his parents Wayne S. and Nami Hurteau, Nina and Marvin Tamoro, two brothers Peter and David, two sisters, Lisa and Diane,
his aunt Lynn and uncles Mike and Terry, his nieces Kenya and Eydon and nephew Ryan.
Calling hours are scheduled for Wednesday, April 28th 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m at Stuart- Fortune-Keough funeral home
Funeral service will be Thursday April 29th at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Stevens Cemetery in Malone.
Jeff was a firm promoter of autism awareness who would appreciate any consideration in the development, growth,
