Shirley Davis

Shirley Ann (Lewis) Davis, age 66, of Saranac Lake, NY, passed away on Sunday December 11, 2022 at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake surrounded by her family, following a lengthy illness.

Shirley was born on February 25, 1956 in Saranac Lake, NY the daughter of Thomas and Barbara (Allen) Lewis.

Shirley grew up in Saranac Lake and moved to Maryland where she worked for 15 years before returning to Saranac Lake, NY. Shirley was an avid reader and could often be found with a book in her hand or watching her favorite Soap Opera. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, brother and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Shirley is survived by her daughter Briana Davis of Saranac Lake, NY, her son Michael Davis of Saranac Lake, NY, her brother and sister-in-law Richard and Sylvie Lewis of Cornwall, Ontario, Canada as well as many nieces and nephews.

Shirley was predeceased by her father and mother.

Funeral Arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home, 20 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday December 21, 2022 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
