Joan Corrow

Joan M. (Mose) Corrow, age 82, of Gabriels, NY. passed away on Tuesday November 1, 2022, at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, NY.

Joan was a life long resident of Gabriels, NY. She was born on November 2, 1939 in Otisville (Keese Mills Road), the daughter of Edgar and Dorothy (Sawyer) Mose. She married Bernard Corrow.

Joan was an avid racing car fan and could be found almost anywhere cars were racing, she also enjoyed playing the slots at the Casino.

Joan is survived by her son Bernard (Kim Baker) Corrow Jr. of Gabriels, NY, her daughter Vicki Corrow of Saranac Lake, NY, her son-in-law Harold LaVair of Gabriels, NY, her brother Richard (Cathy) Mose of Saranac Lake, NY her sisters: Barbara (Marc) Porter of Gansevoort, NY and Beverly (Don) Galarneau of Middle Grove, NY, Eileen Tedford of Saranac, NY and her Brother-in-law Douglas (Julie Call) Corrow of Tupper Lake, NY.

Joan was predeceased by her mother and father, her husband Bernard Corrow, Sr, two sons: Lawrence (Larry) and Robert (Bobbie) Corrow, her daughter Linda LaVair and her Brother-in-law Gary Tedford.

Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home, 20 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983. At Joan's request there will be no calling hours, a graveside service will be held on Friday November 11, 2022 at 11:00am in Mountain View Cemetery in Gabriels, NY with the Reverend Martin Cline officiating. Burial will immediately follow the service.
