Muriel Jean Comstock, age 79, of Coral Springs, FL and formerly of Saranac Lake died on March 12, 2009 in Coconut Creek, FL

Born on September 28, 1929 in Rochester, NY the daughter Mr. and Mrs. Herbin.

She married William L Comstock on January 19, 1953 in New York. He predeceased her.

Mrs. Comstock had been employed as a home health aid for many years.

She was a member of Church by the Glades, in Coral Springs, FL

Jeannie enjoyed the simple things in life. She loved to read, especially murder mysteries. She enjoyed watching her two favorite teams; Panthers Hockey Team and the Miami Dolphins Football Team. Jeannie loved animals and nature especially when it rained. She loved the water and being on a boat. Of all the things that made her special, there are two things she would want to be remembered by and that would be her love of Jesus and her love for people.

She is survived by three sons: Ronald Comstock of Albany, NY; David Comstock of Arcadia, FL and Mike Comstock of Coral Springs, FL; two daughters Karin Smith of NY; and Kathy Free of Buffalo, NY; 4 Grandchildren and 1Great Grandchild.

A Grave side service will take place on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 1:30 pm at St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Saranac Lake in Saranac Lake. Local arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake.
