Mary Bennett

TUPPER LAKE- Mary M. Bennett, 75, of Tupper Lake, passed away, Thursday, November 18, 2010 at St. Peter's Hospital, Albany. Born June 9, 1935 in Faust, she was the daughter of Jedson and Margaret (Gaff) Bedore. She attended local schools and married William Bennett on December 6, 1951. Mary is survived by her husband William of Tupper Lake, one daughter Dena Rosen and her husband Louis, two grandchildren; William and Nicolle Rosen, all of New Jersey. Also surviving are three brothers, James of Louisiana, Gerald of Staten Island and Roger of Connecticut. Mary was pre-deceased by her parents and one brother Glen. Calling hours will be held at the Stuart-Fortune-Keough Funeral home on Monday, November 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church. Burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
