Linda M. Fletcher, age 74, of Tupper Lake, NY, died peacefully at the Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake, surrounded by family on Sunday May 29, 2022.
Linda was born September 4th, 1947, the daughter of Leo Fletcher and Beulah Fletcher (Branch).
Linda was born and raised in Tupper Lake, NY. She moved to Rochester where she worked as a secretary for Colonial Fire for many years before ultimately moving back to Tupper Lake, NY where she resided with her brother Roger.
Linda loved to spend time crocheting blankets for loved ones and watching Netflix in her spare time. She was a loving and dedicated Mother & Grandmother. We will all miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Anthony & Richard Fletcher; and son, Jody Walker.
Linda is survived by her siblings: Roger Fletcher of Tupper Lake, NY, Steven (Cindy) of Liverpool, NY, Sheryl (Robert) Villamagna of Ohio, Roland (Gina) Fletcher of Ohio, Randy (Debbie) Branch of Gabriel’s, NY, Mary Rae Branch of Bloomingdale, NY, Stella (Dana) Magusiak of Virginia, Spencer (Kim) Branch of Bloomingdale, NY, Tanya Snider of Ohio, and Marlo Fletcher of Ohio; Her children: Tammy (John) Yacono of East Rochester, NY, Gregory (Jayne) Walker Jr. of Bloomingdale, NY, and Donald Walker of Saranac Lake, NY; Her Grandchildren Lindsey Murray, Kailyn Walker-Law, Brianna Walker, Cody Walker, John Yacono, and Arianna Walker; and two great grandchild Makayla & Carson Murray.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home, 20 Church Street, Saranac Lake, NY 12983. Calling hours are scheduled for Thursday June 2, 2022 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at the Funeral Home. Burial will immediately follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Tupper Lake.
