Carol Hesseltine

Carol Hesseltine, 84, of Saranac Lake, went home to be with the Lord on June 6, 2020.
Carol was the daughter of Aaron and Pearl Hoyt, and was predeceased by her two brothers Allen and James Hoyt.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Carol and her husband Ronald Hesseltine were married on Jan. 16, 1955. They celebrated over 65 years of lasting love and devotion. They loved each other so deeply and found joy in serving and caring for each other.
Carol was blessed with seven children: Sally Bronson, Kerry Rafferty, Ronda Dell, Tim Hesseltine, Beth Grady, Sherry McDonough and Tom Hesseltine. She loved them beyond words, and also her 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and all of their spouses.
Carol worked with Ronnie to start their family business, Upstate Auto Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep. She was very talented and enjoyed many things, oil painting, interior decorating, flowers and landscaping, making jewelry and antiquing, to name a few.
A celebration of Carol’s life was held for family at her home.
