Charlotte Gladd

Charlotte Ann (Hull) Gladd, 89, formerly of Saranac Lake died Tuesday January 1, 2019 in Plattsburgh.

Charlotte was born in Hightown, Virginia on June 1, 1929, the daughter of

Maxwell and Bessie J. (Chew) Hull. She married Francis "Frenchie" Gladd in

Saranac Lake at the United Methodist Church.

Charlotte moved to Saranac Lake in the early 195Os. She worked as a home health

aid at North Country Home Services for many years. She loved being with her

family, but she mainly enjoyed caring for people.

Charlotte is survived by her grandson Daniel Lester and her granddaughter Angela

Howard both of Saranac Lake. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren Zyler and Ashlyn Howard, and Dylan Bordeau all of Saranac Lake.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; a son, Bruce Hannah; and a daughter, Denise Lester; one brother, Joseph Hull; and one sister, Doris Ramsey.

Funeral arrangement are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. Funeral services will be private and take place at the convenience of the family.
