Marianne Acquavella, age 63, of Olive Street, Saranac Lake, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake following a short illness.
Born in Flushing, New York on February 28, 1950, she was the daughter of Francis and Veronica (Patnode) Acquavella.
Marianne had been employed as a floating postal clerk for the United States Postal Service.
She is survived by one sister Eileen Orme and her husband Ian of Fort Collins, CO, three brothers James Acquavella of Benton City, WA, Richard Acquavella and his wife Nicky of Virginia Beach, VA, and Francis Acquavella and his wife Debra of Elmore City, OK, several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Funeral arrangements are in care of the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home in Saranac Lake. A graveside service will take place Monday July 29, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Merrillsville Cemetery in Loon Lake, with Rev. Patrick O'Reilly officiating.
